However, if after your first session, you feel the program is not the right fit for you, we offer a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours after your initial onboarding session. For ongoing participants, refunds are not typically provided, but we assess situations on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and satisfaction.

  • We encourage all participants to attend their scheduled sessions to ensure consistent progress. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you miss a session, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to reschedule your session at a convenient time, subject to availability.

  • Absolutely! We aim to accommodate your needs and understand that flexibility is key. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We'll work with you to find a new time that fits into your schedule.
