Inner Circle Program Terms and Conditions

This agreement is between the client (“Client”) and Christine Fernandes (“Coach”) for participation in the Inner Circle Program, an exclusive business coaching and mentorship program. The program is designed for entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals looking to scale their businesses through structured coaching, expert insights, and high-level networking.

The Client agrees to enroll in the Inner Circle Program for a one-time fee of $1,997 (plus applicable taxes). The Client agrees to these terms before making any payments.

2. Services Provided
The Inner Circle Program includes:

  • Weekly high-level business coaching sessions

  • Expert guest speakers and training sessions

  • Personalized action plans and strategic guidance

  • Access to an exclusive peer network for collaboration and accountability

Business coaching is a partnership where the Coach provides guidance, insights, and strategies to help the Client achieve business growth. Coaching is not therapy, consulting, legal, financial, or medical advice. The Client is encouraged to seek specialized professionals for those services.

3. Client Expectations
To maximize the program benefits, the Client agrees to:

  1. Prioritize their coaching sessions and commit to their business growth.

  2. Attend all scheduled coaching calls on time.

  3. Complete assignments and action steps between sessions.

  4. Submit required preparation and follow-up documents on time.

  5. Engage actively and seek support when needed.

  6. Adhere to all coaching policies and procedures outlined in this agreement.

4. Coach’s Commitments
The Coach agrees to:

  1. Provide quality coaching, guidance, and accountability.

  2. Create a supportive and structured environment for growth.

  3. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical coaching standards.

5. Coaching Policies & Procedures
Scheduling & Attendance: The Client must attend all scheduled coaching sessions. Missed calls without 24-hour notice cannot be rescheduled. If the Client is late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Email Support: The Client should use email for communication outside of scheduled sessions. Phone calls are reserved for emergencies.

Confidentiality: All client information is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law. The Client may share their coaching experience but must respect the confidentiality of other program participants.

6. Payments & Cancellations

  • The Client agrees to a one-time payment of $1,997 plus tax, which is non-refundable.

  • If the Coach determines that the coaching relationship is not beneficial, the Coach reserves the right to terminate this agreement with a 5-day written notice. The Client remains responsible for any outstanding fees.

7. Program Adjustments & Early Termination

  • The Coach reserves the right to adjust the program structure, guest speakers, or other elements as needed.

  • If the Client is not actively participating or following through on commitments, the Coach may terminate participation with written notice.

8. Liability & Disclaimer
The Client understands that results depend on their commitment and effort. The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. The Client agrees not to hold the Coach liable for any business decisions, financial results, or unforeseen consequences related to coaching guidance.

9. General Terms

  • This agreement supersedes all previous agreements and may only be modified in writing by both parties.

  • By signing up for the Inner Circle Program, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
